bKash, a countrywide e-commerce company, faced challenges in extracting valuable information from vast data sets including customer demographics, sales overheads, and distribution channel details, leading to reporting turbulence and a need for a solution to enhance customer service.
This project aims to establish an IT infrastructure for a data warehouse solution, design a BI repository framework, develop content, prepare reports, and build a data analytics platform, including a physical, logical business, presentation, and dashboard for bKash.
